The Garden View Room is both stylish and comfortable, furnished with warm wooden Pacific furnishings. Equipped with 1 Queen plus 1 Single bed, or configured with 2 Double beds, the air-conditioned room comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with interconnecting rooms available upon request. The bathroom includes a shower and bathtub with Logo bath products, while the 33sq. metre living and sleeping space also includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities and room service.

Ocean View Room – Upgrade from $150pp*
Let your shoulders drop as you relax to the sounds of the ocean and take in beautiful views of where the sky meets the sea on your furnished patio or balcony. How do I make a booking once I have purchased a Flybuys Travel voucher?
Customers will need to contact the Flybuys Travel team. When you contact us to make your booking, we will endeavour to book and confirm all components of your package within 72 hours of receiving your booking details. Should we not be able to confirm any component, we will contact you with an alternative within 72 hours. Can I cancel or make changes to my booking?
Should you need to cancel or amend for any reason once full payment is made, fees will apply. A minimum fee of $55 per person will apply in addition to any supplier imposed fees. Can I purchase travel insurance through Flybuys Travel?
Yes, you can purchase travel insurance. Please call 1300 833 414. The Australian Government advises that all travellers obtain travel insurance prior to travel. The insurance should cover loss of deposit and other monies through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money, medical expenses, additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs to Australia should any services need to be extended or curtailed due to illness or other insurable risks. Our reservations team can provide you with general information about travel insurance at the time of booking. If you do not require travel insurance, you agree to provide written acknowledgement that a recommendation to obtain travel insurance has been made to you by us.

How do I check room availability at the resort?

If I want to travel on a particular date but haven’t purchased a Flybuys Travel voucher, can the booking/room be held for me until I have purchased the voucher?
No. Bookings/rooms cannot be held without voucher purchase.

What is the promotion availability?
Your booking is subject to the availability of the actual rooms provided by the resort for the Flybuys Travel promotion. This allocation of rooms is well in excess of the rooms required to satisfy the offer, however, not all rooms available at the resort on any given day will be available to guests participating in the promotion offer. Please note that booking available rooms is on a First Come First Served basis.

Can I contact the resort directly to make a booking/redeem my voucher or check availability?
No. Bookings/voucher redemptions and availability checks must be made through Flybuys Travel.

Amendment Charges
Please note, booking amendments will incur a minimum fee of $55 per person, together with any additional amendment fees applied by the service providers. Date changes are subject to availability, seasonality charges, and blackout dates.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee of $150 per person.

Booking Credit Note
Any booking may be converted to a booking credit note.  Booking credit notes will still attract any applicable supplier fees but will not incur amendment or cancellation fees by us.  Each credit note will be valid for 12 months from the date your booking is placed into credit.  A booking credit note can be used for one or more future travel bookings, where the entire balance of a credit note is not used any balance will be held in accordance with these terms and conditions.  Once a new booking is made using a credit note, standard terms and conditions apply.  Booking credit notes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift vouchers.
