Cruise South Australia’s beautiful lower riverlands and experience the charm of yesteryear onboard the PS Murray Princess.

The PS Murray Princess is the largest inland paddle wheeler in the southern hemisphere. Built specifically for the Murray River, it has all the character and charm of yesteryear.

The vessel has 60 cabins and staterooms, which can accommodate up to 120 passengers. In addition to the suites, the PS Murray Princess also has five passenger decks named after some of the region’s great pioneers, Sturt, Cadell, Randell and Chaffey, plus the Sun Deck.

The lounge features a majestic view of the paddlewheel in action through its two-storey viewing window. Guests can access the upper and lower lounge areas by a classic brass and mahogany spiral staircase.

Onboard P.S. Murray Princess your time will be spent cruising past dramatic golden sandstone cliffs, watching Australian native animals at play including kangaroos and prolific birdlife plus you will come away with an education on this area, which helped shape the early days of Australia.

You’ll take a nature walk, get up close to the river birdlife on board the ‘Dragon-Fly’ flat-bottomed boat, visit the township of Murray Bridge and learn about the food and wine of this famous region.
